What are your hours of operation and do you offer extended schedules?
Our regular schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We understand that many families in our Chicago area community have variable shifts; therefore, we offer flexible accommodations arranged directly with Teresa. Reach out to us on WhatsApp to discuss your exact schedule!
What kind of meals do children receive and how do you handle allergies?
Meal service is fully included. We prepare daily nutritious breakfast, fresh homemade hot lunch, and an afternoon snack. We use fresh ingredients: seasonal fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains. If your child has allergies or dietary restrictions, we strictly customize their meals to ensure complete health and safety.
Is your daycare licensed by the state and compliant with safety regulations?
Yes, 100%. Esperanza del Mañana Inc. is fully licensed by the State of Illinois DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services). We comply with all home safety inspections, smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and current certifications in Pediatric CPR and First Aid, backed by 9 continuous years of trustworthy operation.
What is your educational approach and what makes your daycare unique?
Our greatest strength is emotional and family-centered development paired with play-based early education. In a home daycare setting, your child enjoys close personalized care with less illness exposure, feeling completely safe and cherished. We empower them with practical life skills, bilingual vocabulary, empathy, and independence.
What age groups do you accept and how does the enrollment process work?
We welcome children from infants (6 weeks old) up to preschool age (5 years old). The enrollment process is simple: 1) Send us a quick WhatsApp message at 708-358-6841, 2) Schedule a friendly tour to meet Teresa and see our cozy facilities, and 3) Complete the simple DCFS enrollment and immunization paperwork.
How are parents kept informed throughout the day?
We maintain warm and direct communication through WhatsApp. We share photos of joyful moments, art projects, and keep you posted on meal and nap routines. Upon pickup, Teresa provides a personal daily summary of achievements and experiences.
